One of the pioneers in the personal branding revolution, William Arruda founded Reach in 2001 with the goal of becoming the global leader in personal branding. He is credited by the media with turning personal branding from a term – coined by Tom Peters – into a global industry. He developed the popular personal branding certification program that has certified over 300 coaches and consultants in 25 countries. He designed 360˚Reach the personal branding assessment that has been used by nearly a million people. He also coauthored Career Distinction – the best-selling book that has been called the personal branding bible. Prior to launching Reach, William spent twenty years in marketing, branding and consulting at IBM, Lotus and KPMG. He is an accomplished public speaker and sought-after spokesperson on branding, employee motivation, social media and leadership. He holds a Masters degree in Education.

kirsten1Kirsten Dixson – Learning Programs Director
One of the first Reach-certified Strategists, Kirsten is an expert in the Reach personal branding methodology and one of the world’s foremost authorities on building credible online identities for career success. As the Learning Programs Director for Reach, Kirsten is responsible for facilitating the Personal Branding and 360˚Reach certification programs. She also co-developed and facilitates the premier online ID Certification Program with Reach. Kirsten earned a BA degree from Vassar College and a Certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development from New York University. Considered a leader in the career management field, Kirsten served on the executive board of the Career Management Alliance (a division of Kennedy Information) for five years. Kirsten is the coauthor of Career Distinction.

Tara Kachaturoff – Client Programs Manager
Tara uses her outstanding systems and organizational skills and client relations expertise to support two key client groups for Reach – our Certified Strategists and Enterprise clients. An accomplished entrepreneur and life-long learner, Tara knows how to develop systems and creatively resolve issues, ensuring our clients have what they need to be successful. Tara is triple-degreed in business, graduating Magna Cum Laude from both the University of Denver and Walsh College.  She holds two masters degrees in accountancy and finance and a bachelor’s in accountancy. A graduate of Coach U, she currently studies law, runs a consulting and business services firm and is the creator, producer and host of two media channels — Michigan Entrepreneur TV and Teach Me Law Radio.  She started her career as a CPA with the Big Eight and spent most of her corporate career in the technology industry working in corporate finance.

Ryan Mickley – Executive Producer, Reach Personal Branding Interview Series

Known as “The Leadership Branding Scholar” for his work in developing the brands of student leaders, Ryan holds an impressive academic career. Earning his first Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks & Tourism from the University of Florida, Ryan spent the first three years of his career in private hospitality. He later earned a second Bachelor of Science from Full Sail University and graduated as class Valedictorian, Advanced Achievement Award recipient, and earned the coveted Course Director Award 13 times. Ryan was the founder and president of the Full Sail Student Branding Society where he hosted webinars featuring Internet marketing experts. While working at Quail Valley Golf Club, Ryan produced the Prominent Powwow Series that hosted distinguished professionals from all over the world, presenting on topics from biochemistry to military operations.

With more than 15 years of business and marketing communications experience, Rachel has used her writing and editing skills at The Wall Street Journal, dowjones.com, the United Nations and various other publications.  As a marketing expert on the Pittsburgh region Rachel has been quoted in publications such as the Pittsburgh Business Times, Pittsburgh Post Gazette and Pittsburgh Tribune Review. Her first work was published while she was in the 4th grade!  In her role with Reach, Rachel has helped conceive and launch the newsletter – the company’s primary mode of communications.  As a personal brand strategist, Rachel focuses on brandiD – a company she founded to work with entrepreneurs, especially female entrepreneurs.  She has a Master’s Degree in Education, Leadership and Technology from New York University.
